This Privacy Policy explains how New Game Gear (“New Game Gear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit new-game-gear.com (the “Site”), buy from our store, subscribe to our emails, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders and accounts: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and account login details if you create an account.
- Email sign-ups: your email address when you join our list (for example, through a sign-up form, a discount pop-up, or a Google Reader Revenue Manager prompt).
- Support requests: anything you include when you email us, such as order numbers, photos of a damaged item, or return details.
Payment information
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as the payment status, card type, and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files and scripts used to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and measure and personalize advertising. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
2. How we use your information
- Process, fulfill, ship, and deliver your orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support replies.
- Send marketing emails, offers, and discount codes if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Understand how people use the Site so we can improve products, pages, and performance.
- Measure and improve our advertising, including on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok.
- Prevent fraud, secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run the store, with service providers that act on our behalf, including:
- Hosting and store platform: Hostinger (web hosting and email) and WordPress/WooCommerce (store software).
- Order fulfillment and shipping: our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) and shipping carriers, which receive your name, shipping address, phone number, and order contents to deliver your order.
- Payment processors: to authorize and complete payments and refunds.
- Email marketing: Brevo and Hostinger Reach, to store our mailing list and send emails.
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Google Reader Revenue Manager), Meta, and TikTok, which may collect device and usage data through cookies and pixels on the Site.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud.
- Business transfers: if New Game Gear is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Some advertising and analytics sharing may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in “Your choices and rights.”
4. Cookies and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:
- keep your cart and checkout working (necessary cookies);
- measure visits and traffic sources (Google Analytics);
- show and measure ads (Google AdSense, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel); and
- offer subscriptions or newsletter sign-ups through Google Reader Revenue Manager.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site, such as the cart, may not work without them.
5. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep some records where the law requires it (for example, order and tax records).
- Opt out of targeted advertising: email us, use the browser and ad-settings tools above, or enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
- EU, UK, and other regions: where local law gives you rights such as data portability, objection, or restriction of processing, you can exercise them by contacting us. Our legal bases are performing our contract with you (orders), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies where required), and our legitimate interests (security, improving the Site).
To make a request, email support@new-game-gear.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep mailing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
New Game Gear is based in the United States and ships worldwide. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted on the Site.
