Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses in the United States.

Return policy at a glance

  • Return method: by mail, after you email us for return instructions
  • Return shipping: paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item
  • Refund: full refund of the item price to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Restocking fee: none

Which items can be returned

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories.

We can’t accept returns of items marked final sale, or items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@new-game-gear.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions, including the address to send the item to.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, and mail it to the address in our instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of shipping the return, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
